Emaar launched 4 and 5 bedrooms in this community, 5 beds mostly are on the pool and the park and rest all 4 bedrooms are on the either side of the community. The single row villas have smaller plot size and all back to back have Bigger plot.
The 5bed starting price is AED 3.9m and 4 bed starting price is 3.45m
The layout is superb and there is no comparison of these villas in the market.
